Good Will Funding is a boutique consulting firm on Guam dedicated to helping nonprofits, community organizations, and service-driven entities secure the resources they need to fulfill their missions. Lina Leon Guerrero is the founder of Good Will Funding and a seasoned organizational leader with 30 years of experience serving women and families in Guam's healthcare community. As the former General Manager of Sagua Mañagu & Marianas Physicians Group, she led teams, improved operations, and helped organizations adapt and grow to better serve the community.

Lina has continued to expand her leadership through Operational Excellence with Value Based Coaching & Consulting, where she works with organizations to improve systems, streamline processes, and build a culture of continuous improvement. She has also served Guam through leadership roles as Chair of the GovGuam Retirement Fund Board of Trustees and as President of the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce.

Today, as a professional grant strategist and consultant, Lina combines her deep understanding of Guam's community with her leadership experience to help nonprofits, educational institutions, and service organizations secure funding that advances their mission and creates lasting impact.
